2024 Spring Fundraiser

     Another wonderful year has passed at OVO, and it is time again to show your support for the OVO PTSO by joining us for our adult spring fundraiser. The OVO PTSO fundraises for three main purposes. The first is to support the children by donating directly to the grades using the funding rubric and those fundraisers are the Jogathon, Carnival, Mast Coffee, and the new Art 1 fundraiser. Second, monies raised from the OVO Boutique go to the families for families’ funds. The third is for maintaining our 501 (c)3 and providing support to the school via items/supplies for teachers, students, and staff. The spring fundraiser is the only event we have that directly supports this purpose. By coming to this event, you will be ensuring another successful year for the OVO PTSO. We also think you will have a great time hanging out with your OVO community! Bring your spouse, bring your friends, or bring your family, just come and enjoy the night with us!

      Boots and Bling is this years’ theme, come dressed in your cowboy formal, cowboy chic, or just your everyday clothes. We want you to have fun and be comfortable so if dressing up doesn’t suit you, don’t worry! The only thing we ask is that you leave those adorable little Bobcats at home because this event is 21 and over. We are bringing back table purchases, snag a table and sit with your favorite people and get a special swag bag for each member of your table group. There will be dinner, drinks, line dancing, games, and dessert! Along with a fun evening out, you will have the opportunity to bid in our silent and live auctions. Our team has worked hard connecting with your community to find some great silent auction baskets/items, we hope that you will all find something awesome to bid on. OVO is built strongly in tradition, the live auction is one of those traditions that the PTSO is excited to continue. In each class, the students and parents make a one-of-a-kind item to auction off. These items are all beautifully unique and capture a treasured moment in your child’s life here at OVO. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to bid on your child’s class creation, you can only bid if you are at the event!

     The PTSO knows you all do so much for your children and this wonderful school. We appreciate each one of you and the support that you provide to our school. Let’s celebrate this amazing community of people we get to surround ourselves with.
